PEER WORKSHOP LEADERS
Join Our Team
We are putting together an amazing event and need passionate parents and lived-experience volunteers to share their hands-on insights. We are looking for caregivers who want to help others navigate the unique, real-life joys and challenges of kinship, foster, or adoptive parenting.
What We Are Looking For:
Do you have specialized experience, a unique parenting journey, or strategies you're willing to share with our community? We are looking for workshop leaders who can bring our core conference pillars to life:
Connection & Attachment: Nurturing secure bonds, building deep emotional trust, and strengthening relationships within families.
Co-Regulation Strategies: Sharing practical, hands-on tools and techniques to support emotional and physiological regulation for both children and caregivers.
Trauma-Informed Parenting: Exploring specific strategies, therapeutic approaches, and insights for caring for children with complex needs and early developmental trauma.
Healing & Permanency: Supporting paths to long-term stability, identity development, open adoption navigation, and safe family connections.
Advocacy & Systems Navigation: Sharing effective communication and advocacy strategies to help families confidently navigate educational, medical, or professional systems.
💡 Have another topic in mind? We want to hear it! We welcome original workshop ideas that help support, equip, and encourage our community.
READY TO GET INVOLVED?
If you would like to submit a workshop proposal, or if you simply have
questions about how you can support the conference, we want to hear from you!
